Treadmills for a 5 ft 4 in user in an Indian flat

At 5 ft 4 in (163 cm), running on a treadmill, the top of your head reaches 187–200 cm depending on the machine's deck height. A ceiling fan on a standard downrod hangs at about 245 cm, which leaves as little as 45 cm of clearance before the blades (up to 58 cm on a low-deck machine) — and less again if your ceiling is lower or your downrod longer. Of the 35 machines we hold measurements for, 27 leave usable clearance at this height.
